										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Temporary change of the vehicle registration number on a parking permit (residential, abonent, bonus card, etc.) is possible in the system in accordance with the valid municipal regulation (VZN) in your city. The following procedure describes how you can do it:</p>
<ol>
<li>Open the <a href="https://permits.parkdots.com/">ParkDots Permits</a> web application and log in using your login name (email) and password. Once logged in, open the detail of the particular parking permit.</li>
<li>Press the action “Temporarily change the vehicle registration number.”</li>
<li>Fill in the required information on the form.</li>
<li>Once the change is made, the original parking permit will be temporarily invalidated and a new valid parking permit will be created for the new vehicle registration number.</li>
<li>You may extend or terminate the change as needed.</li>
<li>When the change expires, the temporarily invalidated (original) parking permit will automatically be reset as a valid one.</li>
</ol>
<p>Please note, that it is required to do the change for each parking card separately.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you are having trouble completing and submitting the application for a parking permit that you have been returned to complete, please try the following procedure:</p>
<ol>
<li>In the Attachments section, verify that all attachments you have entered into the system have the category (what document it is) entered.</li>
<li>For attachments that do not have a category, please select the appropriate type from the options provided.</li>
<li>In order to complete the application, the red text “The uploaded attachment is missing a category, please delete it or mark the category” must disappear.</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Once your parking permit application has been submitted, it’s approval process is underway. You can view the status of your application in your <a href="https://permits.parkdots.com/profile/permits">user profile</a>:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Automatic</strong> <strong>approval process </strong>– approval of the application has not yet been completed, check the status again later.</li>
<li><strong>For approval</strong> – approval of the application requires assessment or manual verification of documents by the contact point personnel. Depending on the current workload, this may take several days.</li>
<li><strong>Awaiting completion</strong> – the application needs to be modified or the required documents need to be completed in accordance with the instructions from the contact point personnel.</li>
<li><strong>Rejected</strong> – the application has been rejected. The reason for rejection is given in the application details in your <a href="https://permits.parkdots.com/profile/permits">user profile</a>.</li>
<li><strong>Waiting for payment</strong> – the application has been approved and the parking permit issuance fee needs to be paid. Payment can be made online by payment card or bank transfer. You can find instructions on payment of the fee in your email inbox or in the application details.</li>
<li><strong>Issued</strong> – the parking permit has been issued.</li>
