How can I check the status of my parking permit application?

Once your parking permit application has been submitted, it’s approval process is underway. You can view the status of your application in your user profile:

  • Automatic approval process – approval of the application has not yet been completed, check the status again later.
  • For approval – approval of the application requires assessment or manual verification of documents by the contact point personnel. Depending on the current workload, this may take several days.
  • Awaiting completion – the application needs to be modified or the required documents need to be completed in accordance with the instructions from the contact point personnel.
  • Rejected – the application has been rejected. The reason for rejection is given in the application details in your user profile.
  • Waiting for payment – the application has been approved and the parking permit issuance fee needs to be paid. Payment can be made online by payment card or bank transfer. You can find instructions on payment of the fee in your email inbox or in the application details.
  • Issued – the parking permit has been issued.
