What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password for your ParkDots user account, you can reset it by clicking on the forgot password or reset password link. After entering your email address, a message will be delivered to your email inbox with a link to reset it. Click on the link to choose a new password. Once you have successfully changed your password, you can log in to ParkDot again. In case of persistent problems with logging into your account, please contact us at support@parkdots.com from the email address you used to register.
