I am unable to complete my application for a permit that has been returned to me for completion.

If you are having trouble completing and submitting the application for a parking permit that you have been returned to complete, please try the following procedure:

  1. In the Attachments section, verify that all attachments you have entered into the system have the category (what document it is) entered.
  2. For attachments that do not have a category, please select the appropriate type from the options provided.
  3. In order to complete the application, the red text “The uploaded attachment is missing a category, please delete it or mark the category” must disappear.
