What if I don’t have an email account?

If you do not have an email address, you cannot apply for a parking permit remotely via the web application. You may still apply at one of the contact points where an email address for the application is not necessary. However, without an email address, you will not be able to use parking permits with time credit, as the email address with which the parking permits application was submitted must be used to redeem time credit via the mobile application.
