Why can’t I use my Bonus Permit even if it is valid?

You are parking in a regulated zone and the system only offers you the option to pay for a parking ticket and does not offer the Bonus Permit. How can you check if this is an error?

  1. Check that the regulated zone you are in is not marked in red on the map. The Bonus Permit cannot be used in tariff zone A (rate 2 EUR/hour). These are the sections marked 10XX, e.g., 1006 Blumentálska and surroundings.
  2. You can read the information in the zone detail if you cannot use the Bonus Permit in the zone.
