<p><strong><span class="ui-provider a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak" dir="ltr">Rules for shortening a ticket in the PAAS system: </span></strong></p>
<p><span class="ui-provider ed awu awv aww awx awy awz axa axb axc axd axe axf axg axh axi axj axk axl axm axn axo axp axq axr axs axt axu axv axw axx axy axz aya ayb" dir="ltr">If parking is ended within 15 minutes from the start, the ticket will be terminated with the duration of at least 15 minutes because the minimum parking length in PAAS Bratislava for paid tickets is limited to 15 minutes by the legislation, and minimum sum of the parking fee must not be less than 0,05 EUR. </span></p>
<p><span class="ui-provider ed awu awv aww awx awy awz axa axb axc axd axe axf axg axh axi axj axk axl axm axn axo axp axq axr axs axt axu axv axw axx axy axz aya ayb" dir="ltr">If there is a ticket issued using the bonus or visitor card, where minute-based billing is supported, it will be terminated at the current time, thus at least 1 minute after the validity of the ticket begins. </span></p>
<p><strong>Rules for shortening a ticket in the city of Košice:</strong></p>
<p>If an active ticket is terminated 1 minute after creation, the amount for the ticket will be 0€ &#8211; a complete cancellation of the ticket occurs. If parking ends within 15 minutes from the start of parking, the ticket will be concluded for a duration of at least 15 minutes, because the minimum parking duration in KE zones is set to 15 minutes according to the valid General Binding Regulation (VZN).</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you want to buy a ticket at a time when the zone is out of regulation (the charging time has not yet occurred), follow the same procedure as for buying a ticket:</p>
<ol>
<li>Press the Buy Ticket action above the zone you are parking in.</li>
<li>The system will alert you that the zone is in a non-charged time. Go to the Parking Duration Until section.</li>
<li>Set the time until which you will park. The system will recalculate the amount of parking fee. If you are parking with a vehicle registration number that is issued with a bonus card, the system will show you the use of the credit from the bonus card. Confirm the time setting with the Set Parking Duration action.</li>
<li>Check the details in the payment screen and complete the payment by swiping right in the Swipe to Pay action or, in the case of a bonus card, in the Issue Ticket action.</li>
<li>If you pay for parking using a payment card, the amount will only be withdrawn for the time from the start of the charging period and if you are parking using a bonus card, the credit will only be withdrawn for the time from the start of the charging period.</li>

<li>Locate the car park on the map or go to the Parking Tickets section.</li>
<li>Press Pay Ticket and find the car park where you parked your car and for which a ticket was issued.</li>
<li>The system will display a screen to enable camera use if you have not already set that permission. Once the permission has been set, the system will display a screen for you to scan the ticket.</li>
<li>If you are unable to scan the ticket, you can also enter the ticket number manually by pressing the pencil in the ticket scanning screen.</li>
<li>After scanning the ticket/entering the ticket number, the system will show you the amount of the parking fee.</li>
<li>To pay for parking, swipe the Swipe to Pay action or Go to Pay (if you do not have a payment card saved).</li>
<li>Once payment is made, you will see a payment confirmation screen, the receipt will arrive in your email, and you will also see the ticket in the Parking Tickets section.</li>

<li>Select the parking section according to the 4-digit code listed on the board in the regulated area where the visitor is parking. Press the Buy Ticket button and enter the visitor’s vehicle registration number.</li>
<li>If the Buy Ticket screen shows that the selected time period is not within the chargeable period but the visitor will be parking for a period beyond the non-chargeable period, press Parking Duration To. Set the time until which the visitor will park and confirm the parking duration. <li>Swipe the slider to issue the ticket and then check that it has been issued successfully.</li>

<p>If you do not have the Visitor Permit QR code, you can access it from <a href="https://permits.parkdots.com/profile/permits">the user profile</a> of the Visitor Permit holder. Select “Permit Detail” and click the “Print” button in the permit detail screen (QR code printing is only available for the Visitor Permit).</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You are parking in a regulated zone and the system only offers you the option to pay for a parking ticket and does not offer the Bonus Permit. How can you check if this is an error?</p>
<ol>
<li>Check that the regulated zone you are in is not marked in red on the map. The Bonus Permit cannot be used in tariff zone A (rate 2 EUR/hour). These are the sections marked 10XX, e.g., 1006 Blumentálska and surroundings.</li>
<li>You can read the information in the zone detail if you cannot use the Bonus Permit in the zone.</li>
