Card prolongation

Parking card can be prolonged at earliest 30 days before its expiration date.

  1. Open the web application ParkDots Permits and sign in using your login (email) and password. After signing in to ParkDots, open the detail of the parking card.
  2. Click the „PROLONG PERMIT“ button.
  3. The application form will open in the new tab (or window) with already pre-filled details from the original application and the card validity date will follow the validity date of the original card – please check the application data, your plate number, and phone number.
  4. After clicking „CONTINUE“ you can check the attachments (there are already attachments from the original application).
  5. After clicking „SUBMIT“ your application will be submitted and processed.
