This chapter explains the email notifications that come to the user during the application lifecycle. Some are for informational purposes only and some display the actions needed to complete the application.
Approval of the Application
Once the application has been approved, the user will receive an email informing them that their application has been successfully approved.
Together with the approval of the application, the user will receive an email with a request for payment – the email contains the necessary details to pay the application.
Once the application has been paid, the user will receive an email with a tax invoice for the paid application.
Issuance of the Parking Permit
Along with the invoice, the user will receive an email confirming the issuance of the parking permit. At that point the application process is complete.
Reworking the Application
The user will also be informed of the need to rework the application by email.
Rejection of the Application
The application may be rejected due to failure to meet the conditions for issuing the permit or due to failure to pay for the parking permit within the required time period (the application is automatically rejected 5 days after the due date for payment).
If the user has an application in the “Waiting for payment” status, the system will send the user a payment reminder 2 days before the due date. The email contains the necessary details and a link to pay for the application.
