Granting Approval to establish a parking permit

Via the website https://permits.parkdots.com/, the property owner navigates to the section Profile / Approvals to establish a parking permit and selects New Approval to establish a parking permit.

After opening the form, the property owner enters the tenant’s details and the property address, including the apartment number and floor. Once the form is saved, the system automatically verifies the entered information against state registers.

If the system confirms that the person granting the consent is the owner of the property, the approval is assigned the status valid, and the tenant may use it to apply for a parking permit. If the information cannot be verified in the state registers, the system rejects the approval.

Viewing the Approval by the Tenant

Via the website https://permits.parkdots.com/, the tenant navigates to the section Profile / Approvals to establish a parking permit, where an overview of granted approvals and their current statuses is displayed.

If the approval has the status valid, the tenant does not need to attach any documents proving their relationship to the property when submitting a parking permit application in the City of Bratislava. The system automatically verifies this information based on the valid approval.
