In order to apply for a parking permit in the city of Bratislava, it is necessary to verify the user – to check their personal data against the state registers.

To create a new application, the user clicks on New Application for the Capital City of Bratislava, which opens a new window.

For verification, all details need to be filled in and then confirmed by clicking Continue. In the background, the entered data will be checked in the register of natural persons.

If the system evaluates that some of the data has not been entered correctly (such as missing diacritics), a warning will be displayed to the user. The user can edit the data and tap Continue again. If, even after entering the correct data, the system warns that the data does not match, the Contact Point should be contacted for another application procedure.

The verification information is also included in the User Profile in the Basic Information section – it is no longer possible to edit the data, only to add a phone number.
